How the journey began!
Hey there, lovely souls! I'm Tiffany Easley or Yogi Tiff, a passionate yogi and wellness enthusiast & YT. My yoga journey began nearly 4 years ago, during a challenging time in my life. Seeking solace, I turned to YouTube and Google, diving headfirst into the world of yoga. Since then, this beautiful practice has become my sanctuary, helping me find balance, strength, and inner peace. Now, I'm on a mission to share the transformative power of yoga with my community. During the pandemic, I obtained my 200-Hour certification online at My Vinyasa Practice, diving deeper into my love for yoga. Currently, I'm working on completing my 300-Hour certification, expanding my knowledge and skills even further. I'm also certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga for Anxiety, as I believe in the power of yoga to heal and support individuals on their unique journeys. Join me and explore the transformative potential of yoga together, as I embark on building a yoga collective and as I continue my journey of self-discovery and well-being.
